Ingrid’s Salmon Tartare
SERVES 4
A salmon tartare made at home can taste as delicious as in one of those idyllic fishermen’s villages in Italy, France, or Spain. As long as you choose the best available local ingredients for the preparation, I can guarantee you a wonderful appetizer or light supper on a nice summer night. Friends and family will love the effort you have put into its preparation. I chose this variation, so pleasing to the eye and palate, to celebrate the launch of My Life Moves. The choice of adding shrimp–as well as beet root, quinoa flakes, and asparagus–are optional since the salmon tartare on its own is already very satisfying. Celebrate life, moves, and nourishment by treating your body like the most precious jewel ever to be had…
